About Me

Hi, I’m Natali, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Lodi, CA.

For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals through life’s ups and downs—holding space for their stories, honoring their struggles, and fostering healing that leads to deeper clarity and renewed hope. Together, we draw on strengths and values to navigate challenges and create meaningful change.

The name True North reflects my belief that each person has an inner compass (a steady point of direction) that can guide them through even the most difficult transitions. My passion is helping clients reconnect with that inner compass so they can move forward with confidence, balance, and a renewed sense of purpose.

As a bilingual therapist in English and Spanish, I can hold conversations in Spanish, though I am not fully fluent. This helps me support clients in the language that feels most comfortable.

Perinatal & Postpartum Support

As both a therapist and a mom, I understand firsthand how transformative (and at times overwhelming) the journey into parenthood can be. I have specialized training in perinatal and postpartum mental health, which allows me to support clients through pregnancy, birth, infertility, miscarriage, and the transition to life with a new baby. Whether you’re experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety, struggling to adjust to your new role, or carrying grief that others can’t always see, I provide a safe and compassionate space where you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to help you feel supported, grounded, and empowered as you move through this season.

First Responders, Veterans, and Medical Professionals

Serving on the front lines can take a deep emotional toll. I provide trauma-informed therapy for first responders, veterans, and medical professionals facing PTSD, moral injury, and vicarious trauma. Together, we’ll create a safe space to process painful experiences, reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety, and begin healing. My goal is to support your resilience and help you reconnect with a sense of strength, balance, and hope.

  • At this time, I don’t offer consultation calls. Instead, new clients are invited to complete a brief questionnaire and assessment before scheduling their first session. This helps me better understand your needs and ensure therapy is a good fit from the start.
